| wow, everytime I blog something on ma xanga, it is always "i'm back" or " haven't been here forever" or "it's been a while"....lol
Most of you guys probably don't even remember me anymore or had totally forgot about me :p.lol. how sad but yet i'm smiling.
Well for some update, I have been working full time and I have college which is okay atm. Stress started filling up 2 weeks ago on September 11th when I got a call from one of our cousin from Philippines, announced us that my 2nd older brother has been shot and is dead. That was very hard for me and my sisters who's also been living here in america with me to believe that our own brother has departed from us.
So i went to work with a sunglass to cover my swollen sad eyes. I requested for a 2 weeks off and explain to them about the loss of my brother. So they let me go. And as for school, my teachers understand my situation and agreed to let me go and have me take the test, quizzes, and exams when i come back. They were very understanding but they also gave me a whole lot of homeworks and article analysis to bring with me to work on while I was in Philippines. =_=" ha! i didn't even work on any of those while i was in my country. I just couldn't concentrate working them when I'm too depress to be working on any homeworks. Who would be? but now i'm back, i manage to catch up with all the test and homeworks that needed to be done before I fail >,<.(no, i'm not failing). Well that was pretty much what's been going with my life these past months.

HI! it's me Annabelle. Wow long time since I visited my xanga. I finally remembered my password 0_0 took me about a year lol. Welllllll I found out that i look older for my age. Or younger? I don't know lol. Today on facebook, someone asked me if I was married or not. My answer was YES IM MARRIED too bad, now go away.lol. Well, I said it in a nicer way. I don't want to lead on a 40+ yrs. old chinese/british man. that's EWWWWWW and icky and yea eww..>,<.

The Kite Runner is the first book that I have read this year. I felt carried away and a lil bit emotional when reading this book. The style is simple and sober, it tells the story of the boyhood friendship between Amir and Hassan, set against the backdrop of events from the fall of the monarchy in Afghanistan to the Soviet invasion and the rise of the Taliban regime. I never thought I would find interest in reading books about Afghanistan but this book is something else. It really changed my opinion about muslims.
